Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and cancellations.
Contact us within 14 days of item delivery for any product issues.
Accepted returns to be returned within 28 days of delivery.
Request cancellation within 12 hours of purchase - excluding personalised items.
Exchanges are not accepted.

Underwear & Socks - hygiene reasons
Sale / End of Line items
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We are not responsible for any damages obtained during shipping, all items are checked for quality before being dispatched, however if any items are received damaged or missing, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date, we will be more than happy to provide a replacement, if you are able to supply us with photographic evidence of any damages or upon confirmation of missing parcels from our couriers.
We are not responsible for any missed deliveries or mistakes made during purchasing, if an item returns to us due to failed delivery attempt it can be re-sent for additional fees. We are not responsible if you choose to leave an item in a safe place, this is the buyers responsibility to ensure the chosen location is secure and reachable.
